Raw material management |
Database maintenance |
| Consumption plan was added validation rules helping one to find inconsistencies in order data, e.g. zero article mass, zero cycle time, or bad cavity definition. |
— to help a planner to add or edit raw materials at any time. |
New feature — order history truncation (menu/maintenance). All the orders in the database regardless of their department membership planned to start before the 1st shift of a specified date are irreversibly clean out however a backup of affected orders is being produced making the manual recovery possible upon request. Keeping the database free of unnecessary or irrelevant orders contributes to improving its performance. |

| Item cycle time |
Mould location is now more detailed |
Summary of errors and inconsistencies |
| Formerly an order's cycle time was determined by mould cycle time, item cycle time (if specified), and order cycle time (if specified). Now all mould cycle time information resides in corresponding items |
In addition to existing locations DK, GB, PL we added locations like DK->GB or PL->DK to reflect other party's request to receive the mould after it's free at its current location. First term means current location, second term is a reminder to a planner to send the mould to the place of its forthcoming use |
After intensive use or mass actions like machine transfer mould, item, and combivariant database may contain broken associations which causes no harm to the plan but degrades system's performance. Now planners have means to review the database state and fix inconsistencies themselves. More checks are eventually added. To access this feature, select menu/errors |

| New method of displaying late tasks |
Mould's forthcoming use |
Change of mould's country filter |
| Previously, late order and special tasks were displayed in black color no matter what their original colors were. Now bars remain in original, planner-defined colors, and if delaying, they appear on a special zebra background |
On the mould management page, a new mould attribute was added - mould's forthcoming use. If there exists an order in the future based on that specific mould, its start date is indicated along with country if different from the user's country |
On the mould management page, now you can filter moulds by a specific country e.g. DK, GB or PL, as you could previously, but also see all the existing moulds from all the countries. Use <All> in the country drop-down box |

| Auditing |
Order search |
Item-level cycle time |
| Now all changes of orders, item, mould, combivariant, and machine properties are logged. You can see the user and date of last change columns on corresponding pages |
Don't waste time browsing for an order on the spreadsheet. Use button "Find order" right to buttons "Create order" and "Cancel" to quickly locate an order having specific properties. Search options are: article number, raw material, color, purchase order number. Wildcard function - search using partial information. After finding the order, you can quick-jump to it on the spreadsheet |
Remember how an order's cycle time (CT) was taken: (1) mould CT was used, then (2) custom CT, if specified. Now you can specify CT for each specific price list item. To accomplish with that, use a new column "cycle time" of item properties. The new rule of calculating order's CT is: (1) mould CT; (2) if not 0, item CT; (3) if specified, custom CT |

| No "Unspecified Department" any more |
|
|
| Formerly you could created an order and address it to a specific department or leave it without department assignment by using the unspecified option in "Order for" of the order properties window. Now the latter option has discontinued |
